Markus Gemsch is an owner and founding principal of Florida Architects, Inc. He has served as Designer, Project Manager, Structural Coordinator and Design Production Coordinator for educational, correctional, municipal and commercial projects throughout the state of Florida.

Markus’ extensive technical expertise has been developed through direct involvement in every phase of a wide scope of projects, including planning, programming, design, construction documentation and administration.

Markus directs the firm’s Production and implementation. Having worked with AutoCad since it was invented, he has developed valuable in-depth expertise with translating design into digital format, evolving through to BIM and Revit today. Whether serving as Project Architect or Project Manager, Markus is able to respond quickly to all RFI’s, clarifications and other project communication issues.
