With over 20 years of working within the architectural and related businesses, Valli has a diverse range of skills to support and enhance FLA’s architectural services.  She has been responsible for business development and operations, and serves as a client coordinator for various projects.  Valli is always a point of contact for all clients and works closely with the various foundations and other client organizations to provide FLA support as well.

Having been an FLA officer and stockholder for several years, the decision was reached to become a Woman-Owned Business with Valli as the CEO and majority stockholder.  While this change does not alter the collaborative way we run our business, it does offer new opportunities for the firm to compete in new markets.   Also very importantly, it offers incentives for our young women professionals to pursue their registrations and pave the way for the future of our firm.
