Annual Contracts
As architect for Annual Contracts, FLA has been and is responsible for small renovation and remodeling projects, re-roofing, planning, forensic studies; construction administration and various other projects for: (in alphabetical order, not order of importance!)
- Gulf Coast State College
- Indian River State College (renewed since 1996)
- Lake-Sumter Community College
- Pasco-Hernando Community College (since 2006)
- Osceola County School District
- St. Lucie County School Board (renewed since 1998)
- Smithsonian Ft. Pierce Marine Station
These type projects many times include unexpected and urgent issues for the facilities department and FLA must be able to respond quickly to the Owner’s direction, and work within the parameters of extremely limited time schedule and budget.
