First People’s Bank

Scope:

Project involved the construction of a new two-story office building.

Pre- construction site work included engineered earth fill, underground storm drainage and other utilities, landscaping, irrigation and site lighting. The project contains approximately 3,733 square feet of enclosed first floor area, 3,767 square feet of first floor covered area, and 6,661 of second floor rental area. The Project also included tenant-build out for leased spaces.

Project completed May of 2004.
