Harbor Federal Bank (formerly – now PNC)

Merritt Island, Clermont and Ft. Pierce, Florida

Scope:

FLA worked with Harbor Federal to develop a one-story and a two-story prototype utilizing CMU (concrete masonry unit) construction with wood trusses and metal standing seam roof for their aggressive expansion into the Central Florida Market.

Merritt Island was the first bank under construction, with one in Clermont following shortly. Both are estimated to be complete in May 2004. The second Clermont branch will begin construction soon, with Harbor Federal still looking at multiple future sites throughout Central Florida.

FLA also provided interior design services for the complete remodeling of Harbor Federal’s Deposit Operations Facility in Ft. Pierce.

Note:  Harbor Federal was acquired by another bank with name and color changes to their buildings.
