Kight Center For Emerging Technologies

Ft. Pierce, Florida

Scope:

The Kight Center For Emerging Technologies is a four-story building with an auditorium, Industrial Tech Lab (robotics), complete A/V Digital lab, Electronics Lab, Interior Design Lab, vendor/sponsor displays and cyber-cafe with food service provided by the Culinary Arts program.

An exciting component to the building is the two-story imaging dome with a 360° video screen with complete internet and network interconnectivity.  Another learning space includes a partial imaging dome that can be separated into two interactive classrooms.

Flat screens are located throughout the building displaying various types of information, including classes in-session, meetings, demonstrations, world news, etc.   Located in the atrium lobby space is a 20′ x 20′ digital display, enhancing the use of the space for large gatherings, presentations and general information.
