Porter Campus at Wiregrass Ranch

Scope:

FLA won a design competition with an innovative and relevant urban concept for the new PHCC center.   With 2 levels of parking garage under 5 stories of classrooms, labs, offices, student services, green roofs and other related spaces, the design maximizes utilization of the site with room for future growth.   PHCC is seeking Green Globes Certification for this 100,000 GSF facility, which focuses on nursing programs along with basic
services for the new PHCC presence in Wesley Chapel.  As the site was donated as part of a larger DRI, it comes with significant environmental impacts, including design review by the developer in addition to the  typical DOE/SREF review and approval requirements.
