Current Project Status Complete

University Center and Auditorium Addition

Avon Park, Florida

Scope:

The initial project was split into two packages to accommodate the addition and remodeling of two buildings, designed to the campus vernacular and within the Master Plan. SFCC works with at least five universities providing four-year degree programs on campus. The University Center houses classrooms and related offices for administration and faculty, offers distance learning facilities, and serves as a hurricane shelter.

The Auditorium Addition included the renovation of the Art Lab where programs like Graphic Arts are taught. Renovations included classrooms, labs and related offices and storage for the four-year degree programs at SFCC.
