Located in Fort Pierce, Florida, this project is a 1-story, pre-engineered steel framed, air-conditioned warehouse facility. It is 2,400 GSF in area and contains 480 SF shop area. The facility is a low hazard unoccupied structure, whose main use is for the storage of boating and scientific equipment. Included in the project was a service road on the east side of the 8-acre property, which is located adjacent to existing and future laboratory buildings and a fenced storage enclosure. The 480 SF shop is for the fabrication of specialized parts for both field and laboratory research projects and is for occasional use only.
