The Richardson Center is a multi-purpose, multi-user facility and the first of its kind in Indian River County as a high-tech business, training and conference center. The entire project was funded through matching state funds and an aggressive fund-raising campaign supported by local businesses, associates and the community.<\/p>

The 3,000 SF\u00a0multi-purpose conference\u00a0room includes multi-tasking\u00a0screens capable of projecting\u00a0teleconferences, in-house\u00a0events, websites, and other\u00a0sources simultaneously. The conference room opens\u00a0directly into a large covered\u00a0veranda that is connected to the culinary\u00a0arts training kitchen, which\u00a0provides hands-on training\u00a0for students.<\/p>

A strategic planning room, which is known as the \u201cWar Room\u201d, features video\u00a0projection, teleconferencing\u00a0and a central control center\u00a0interactive white board with\u00a0connectivity to interactive white boards in the four smaller\u00a0breakout rooms. This 1-story brick structure also\u00a0includes a reception area,\u00a0private offices, a\u00a0vehicular drop-off loop, and a\u00a0large welcoming lobby available for events\u00a0and receptions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
