PHSC Corporate college concept master plan
new port richey, florida
Scope:
Our firm provided comprehensive architectural and master planning services for the Pasco-Hernando State College Corporate College Concept Master Plan — a forward-thinking joint-use complex developed in collaboration with three distinct public entities: PHSC, the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners, and the Hernando County School District. Situated along Spring Hill Drive at the Hernando County School District’s Spring Hill Facilities District Office, the proposed complex was envisioned as a unified civic and educational hub designed to serve the region’s growing workforce and academic needs. Coordinating the programmatic goals and long-range objectives of three institutional partners required a disciplined, methodical planning approach — one that reflects our firm’s depth of experience in complex, multi-stakeholder public projects. The concept plan embraces a diverse range of facilities, from collegiate instructional buildings to specialized technical and aviation training space, all unified under a cohesive contemporary architectural language. Forward-looking infrastructure considerations, including EV charging stations and thoughtfully designed site circulation, underscore the complex’s commitment to sustainability and long-term relevance. The completed master plan delivers a scalable framework that positions Hernando County for sustainable growth in workforce development, technical education, and community services for years to come.
