IRSC – MUELLER CAMPUS RICHARDSON CENTER
VERO BEACH, FLORIDA

Scope:

The Richardson Center is a multi-purpose, multi-user facility and the first of its kind in Indian River County as a high-tech business, training and conference center. The entire project was funded through matching state funds and an aggressive fund-raising campaign supported by local businesses, associates and the community.

The 3,000 SF multi-purpose conference room includes multi-tasking screens capable of projecting teleconferences, in-house events, websites, and other sources simultaneously. The conference room opens directly into a large covered veranda that is connected to the culinary arts training kitchen, which provides hands-on training for students.

A strategic planning room, which is known as the “War Room”, features video projection, teleconferencing and a central control center interactive white board with connectivity to interactive white boards in the four smaller breakout rooms. This 1-story brick structure also includes a reception area, private offices, a vehicular drop-off loop, and a large welcoming lobby available for events and receptions.
