May 4th was a BIG DAY for Bay High School SENIORS in Panama City, Florida! The 2023 graduating class had the honor of celebrating their Senior Recognition Day in the brand new beautiful Barbara W. Nelson Fine Arts Center designed by Florida Architects. Congratulations Seniors!
