City of Lynn Haven Municipal Complex

The City of Lynn Haven sustained major damage to its municipal facilities during Hurricane Michael in 2018. FLA worked alongside the City to develop the best plan possible to bring together all of the city’s assets into a beautiful downtown City Hall and Police Department Complex. Florida Architects’ Master Plan Design for the City included the new City Hall & Police Department, Historic City Hall, Service Center, Senior Center, and Sheffield Park areas. While preserving the historic feel of Lynn Haven, this distinctive plan enhances the functional needs of the city and the overall civic environment.

The 1st floor of the City Hall consists of a 17,590 SF Administrative area which includes the lobby, reception area, chamber room, vestibules, conference rooms, workrooms, offices, and more.

The three custom-designed 30 ft. floor to ceiling murals are located in the lobby of City Hall. The murals depict the history of Lynn Haven from its founding in 1911 to present day.
